Applications are invited for a tenure track appointment at the Assistant
Professor rank for the Departments of Architecture and City Planning.
Appointment to begin July 1, 1993. Candidates must have a professional
degree in Architecture with advanced studies in City Planning and
Computer Aided Design. Candidates should hold at least a Master's degree
in Architecture or City Planning. Teaching experience is required.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The
successful candidate must be qualified to teach design studio, Computer
Aided Design, and Computer Aided Planning Courses. He/She will maintain
a central role in the development and organization of a Faculty computer
centre and should therefore have previous experience in dealing with
industry. The successful candidate will also develop and deliver
training programs, direct service contracts employing CAD, and be
responsible for preparing service contract applications. The University
of Manitoba encourages applications from qualified women and men,
