I am involved in teaching a new MBA course "Managing Product Design for
Quality" at the School of Management, SUNY-Binghamton. The course aims
to bring aspects of product and service design into a management
curriculum, i.e. views design as a process which may include aesthetics,
but focuses on developing product / service offerings.
As a new subscriber to DESIGN-L, I'd like to get in touch with others
that have an interest in bridging the gap between "designers" and
