Have you tried the most obvious? The periodical "Home Office Computing"
almost always has an article on a home-office setup each month.

The current (or recently past) issue of "Practical Homeowner" has
a fairly lengthy article on seperate offices outbuildings for
home-office computing.

There are at least two paperbacks out on "How to Setup A Home Office"

Etc., etc.
