It is appropriate, even greatly appreciated, by those who do not have full
access to USENET newsgroups (just one instance of many, I am sure). This
may be an inappropriate forum for discussing the appropriateness of
electronic journal forwards- but I think forwarding TAPROOT is of great
interest, and certainly relevant to this list.
