> The network allows me to quickly access the brains of other
historians when searching for information/citations. It allows
me to maintain international contacts easily.

> Speed, convenience, certainty in the exhange of letters and
info, when compared with mail.

> 1- not everyone is on it, nor all institutions
2 - finding out how to navigate on the internet and where to
navigate to for what is almost impossible, not because there
is no informaion but an avalanche of it. This is a front end
problem I think, which could be solved by giving or directing
the first time users to the appropriate guides (though often
enough these are also totally confusing.
