University of Cincinnati invites applications for the postiion of
Director, School of Architecture and Interior Design
The School offers undergraduate degree programs with strong national reputations
in Architecture and Interior Design, under the co-operative education format,
and an expanding graduate program in Architecture. The University seeks a
director with a vital commitment to design education who can provide vision and
leadership. The Director reports to the Dean of the College of Design,
Architecture, Art, and Planning.
Candidates must have a distinguised record in undergraduate education and
administration, sustained scholarship, and appropriate terminal degree for
Professor with tenure rank. Minority and women candidates are encouraged.
Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Starting date is September 1, 1994. THe position will remain open until filled.
Letters of interest expressing a philosopohy of design education, a curriculum
vitae and names of three references should be forwarded by April 1, 1994 to:
