If the building does not, at least, "keep the rain out" or provide shelter
from the elements, then it is not a building, hence it can not be considered
Architecture. It may be a sculptural or experiencial folly. I still feel that
the minimum response that Architecture must provide is shelter. Anything else
should be considered sculpture.
