The game is called "Urbanopoly". It is a real estate game, similar to and
at the same time quite different from "Monopoly". The players will be involved
in buying, selling, renting, leasing, building of urban space and making
profit. There are no cards, no dice - chance in this game constitutes of the
unpredictable moves of the players.

All those who are interested in dynamic and complex systems, in self-organizing
social systems, in urban development and growth, in the anarchical aspects
of the Internet, in NEXI-communities and teleco-operation, in various
applications of network communications may find this game attractive and useful.
All
those who enjoy playing "Monopoly", would enjoy playing "Urbanopoly" even more.

For more details see the game's description and rules. Ftp as 'anonymous' to
vitruvius.ar.utexas.edu. Get from the 'pub' directory the ASCII file
'urbanopoly.gamerules' and the Bin-Hex file 'urbanopoly.pict.hqx'.
Please, send responses, comments and registration requests to:
mechkuno@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. A special address, assigned for playing the game
will be announced to registered players.
