What would constitute the most useful on-line or CD-ROM
catalog for architectural subjects? In particular, I'm
thinking of a catalog of images covering the life (family
portraits, school pictures, etc.) and work (plans,
construction photographs, aerial views of sites, interiors,
etc.) of a well-known architect.
This resource should be useful as a picture source for
historians, biographers, and architectural historians, as
well as a research tool for architectural education.
I would greatly appreciate email from anyone who has worked
on such a project or has used an image database that might
be a good model.
Also, what other mail lists (besides Design-L) would it be
good to post this to?
