Some time ago David Sucher wrote something about a new magazine:

I'm sorry to teel you that I didn't read it so far, but I did read a
review about it in a dutch newspaper. Here's is a summary of the
review:

Perspectives is a fascinatingly old-fashioned magazine in which the
prince of Wales explains his philosophy about architecture.
In the magazine the publisher tells that the viewpoints of the
publishers may differ from the vieuwpoints of Charles. However this
is not really the case here.

The most interesting part of the review concerns the article that
Charles wrote himself. Charles states that he finds it difficult to
cope with all the failures in architecture and planning which have
ruined both the cities and the country in such a way a lot of people
are condemned to work and live in an ugly, unhuman environment. As a
reaction to this the prince tells that we should look back in time
and combine the historical values with the modern technical
possibilities.

The closing remark of the review states: while reading teh magazine
it becomes clear that it is a very, very British magazine. And
that's such a relief.

Jeroen.
