In conjunction with the celebration of the 25th Anniversary of Stonewall, the
Storefront for Art and Architecture, an alternative gallery in SOHO, New York
City, is hosting a group exhibition entitled *Queer Space*. For a project
about how the gay community lives, you are requested to send one photograph of
the exterior of your home and one of your favorite room. Please include if
possible the following data: a) gay man or lesbian?, b) apartment or house?,
c) urban, suburban or rural?, d) live alone or with roommate, lover, spouse,
relative, or in a group house?, c) kids?, e) own or rent?, f) age of each
household member, g) income of each adult household member, h) value of the
house or rent per month. All of the photos received will be complied into
scrapbooks for display in the gallery, reflecting the diversity of homes and
homemaking in the *community*. All submissions are anonymous. Snapshots and
polaroids are OK. Unfortunately we cannot return materials. Send by May 15th
to Storefront P.O.Box 10595, Short North Station, Columbus Ohio 43201

Exhibition opens June 4th at Storefront for Art and Architecture, 97 Kenmare
