I have been hoping that someone would form this kind of communication
group for architecture (and art). This is a good start. You will probably
need some guidance in the use of IRC from your local SYSOP. Ask now, so

There will be a Virtual Pub for architecture-minded people in the
IRC (internet relay chat), this Friday (and every Friday thereafter)
starting at 5 PM EST.
The Pub ("Arcpub") will serve as a free forum of live exchange.
There will be particular focus on ways to give this virtual pub true
architectural qualities. The pub was started by students and staff
at McGill University, Montreal.
