good guess (Dwayne) -- orangeville is about an hour north of Toronto. There
has been some recent writing in the Toronto Star (about 2 - 3 weeks ago)
about this new completely wired sub division. It will be a completely
interactive situation...ie school to home to library to TV broad casting.
I'm also not so clear on the details but will look around (as i'm a student
in toronto) and post anything i find.
