i really do wonder why it it that architects have just discovered
"virtual" architecture. i don't think we've re-invented the wheel ladies
and gentlemen. what is any less virtual about the work of Woods, Leque,
Piranesi, or Boullee than the stuff spawned by digital media? it seems
like we sometimes forget that the computer isn't a whole new paradigm
for achre. its just a new mode of representing ideas.
