NEED TO LOCATE "JOURNAL OF HEALTHCARE DESIGN"

I am trying to locate a copy of the 1993 issue of the"Journal of Healthcare
Design" to purchase - it deals with the design of long-term care
facilities. Is anyone out there familiar with it? All of my traditional
library-type sources have failed me. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. The publisher is listed as the National Symposium on
Healthcare Design, Martinez, California.
