Teresa,
Plexiglass may be etched with self adhering drawer paper (stencil)
and sand blasted with a small siphon rig. The process is quite simple,
requiring little experience. If you know anybody with a five horse
compressor you will spend less than twenty bucks. Fine silica sand is
necessary. Be sure to wear a respirator.
