There is a group called DESIGN-L out of Portland State University. I am
not sure how active it is or really what it is all about.

One thing you can do is send a note to listserv@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
with a blank subject line and the message

LIST GLOBAL

You will then get back a *very* long list of all the listservers in the
world. You can do a word search with your search utility for words like
"design" and "architecture" or whatever.

To subscribe, you would send a note to any listserver, e.g.,
listserv@xxxxxxxxxxxxx, with a blank subject and the message

SUBSCRIBE NAMEOFLIST YOURFIRSTNAME YOURLASTNAME

Ex.:

SUBSCRIBE DESIGN-L SONIA BERMAN
