Re: Do You Know What an Architect REALLY Does?

I agree with Micheal Kaplan, maybe we should role back education. Let the
7-year apprenticeship serve the puprose for which it was intended - aclimatize
the architect to the operation of the practice through practical experience.
The architectural education has became far too engaged in vocational trainging
anyway. Enough is enough. Architecture is not the only subject that has
suffered from this syndrome the entire university is suffering. Engineering
is worse. Calculus and Physics have become to theoretical for the "practical"
engineers. What the hell is going on?
