You might try Builder's Booksource. There is one on 4th street in
Berkeley and another on DeHaro between 16th and 17th in SF. Also, the
bookstore at the University Art Museum in Berkeley (on Bancroft). Prairie
Avenue Bookshop in Chicago has a great mail order catalog (phone:
312.922.8311) and they carry the GA series. There was an article about
the glass house in Paris written by Brendan Gill (I think) in the New
Yorker a few months ago, although I do not remember when.
