ethics

My fourth year class of interior design students have been given this
'question' to handle in their theory class:

"Based upon the architectural examples (visuals of structure and the
information generated by the words of the clients, designers and narrator)
viewed in the videorecording "America's Fantastic Architecture (1992)",
discuss the moral and ethical aspects of that which 'some' might describe
as 'self-indulgent architecture for the unconscionably amoral elite'.

I'll wait for their results....
