Design of Government Centers - Workplace Facilities/Amenities

We are managing for the Israeli Government the design of new national
government center offices, to house a total of some 7,000 goverment
workers in a new complex in Jerusalem (150,000 sq.m or 1.7 msf).

MY QUESTION FOR THE GROUP: We are looking for up-to-date sources of
information on the types and sizes of ancillary and support facilities
(child care, food service, health care, wellness, shopping, other
commercial, recreational, educational and cultural facilities) desired
and built these days for such complexes. Part of the reason for the
project is to bring the government offices together to a shared site and
with the consolidation, to benefit from the state-of-the-art in workplace
technology and organizational design.

Any information you may have on surveys, designs, etc. of major
governmental or other headquarters offices - focusing on
ancillary and support facilities - would be most helpful.

Thank you in advance for your time and effort,
Jay.
