ONLINE INFORMATION SERVICE ANNOUNCED FOR ARCHITECTURE, ENGINEERING &
CONSTRUCTION

Environmental Dynamics Design, Inc. of Long Island, New York today announced the
launch of AECNET [tm] - The Electronic Resource Network of Architecture,
Engineering and Construction.

AECNET is designed as an online information and communications resource for use
primarily by professionals in the AEC community. AECNET will bring together
information and services from professional organizations, building product
manufacturers, trade associations, industry publications, code and regulation
authorities, software publishers, and other AEC related sources. To complement
these resources, an impressive array of communication tools will also be
available.

The goals of AECNET are to gather, organize and distribute this wealth of
information in an easy to find, easy to use form, and to provide the AEC
industry with an easy to access electronic communications hub. By consolidating
resources presently spread across hundreds of sources, AECNET will provide AEC
professionals with a faster and more efficient way of accessing information
vital to their work.

The service includes easily searchable libraries of building product
information, technical articles, building codes, drawing and other graphic
information, and AEC related software. AECNET subscribers have fast and easy
access to information providers through the use of messaging centers and full
e-mail ability. Special interest message forums, real time conferencing, and
electronic purchasing are also available or in development. Internet access to
e-mail and Usenet newsgroups is availble now, with full support for Telnet, FTP,
and World Wide Web planned for the near future.

The AECNET will include a full Graphic User Interface for both Windows and Mac
users. Custom client software based upon ResNova Software's NovaLink
Professional [tm] and NovaTerm [tm] is presently under development. Subscribers
to the AECNET will recieve a complete membership package including all required
software and documentation free of charge.

Pricing structure for AECNET subscriptions has not been set as of this date.

Launch time for AECNET is tentatively scheduled for early 1995. The company is
actively seeking individuals and firms interested in participating in final
development and testing of the service.

Parties interested in participating in testing can contact the company at
1-800-9AECNET from 8AM to 8PM Eastern Time, or via e-mail at
