Agreed, the archive should be available to anyone that
wants it, however, that can be done.
Anand has what I retrieved and at one point reportedly had
the machine resources to offer it online. A server hosting it
would be the best means to get it out easily.
The four sites I run do not at the moment have the resources
to persistently host the whole ball of yaks, which totals a mere
42MB total. However, as with Anand and Brian I'll put the package
on a site for a modest number of retrievals. Send me an email
and I'll provide a user-ID and password to grab it. Then anybody
who gets it can publicly host it if willing to do so.
This would have been done earlier if a second balk was anticipated.
