it's often an issue of Scale I think... with the exception
of blogs (have they effectively replaced mailing lists?),
spam and online-shopping, the Net itself seems to be
hibernating... for example: according to the latest log, my
shoutcast 'radio station' has been up and playing for over a
thousand hours with less than two hours of listeners (mostly
the google-bot)... has the Net become
more-of-the-same-media?
