since i was a kid i've been interested in theater and theaters. i've run two full-scale (built) theater projects with my students, and several 'pretend' theater design projects as well. once i had the architecture students work with writing and theater arts students to develop concepts for the plays, then invited the writing/theater students to develop staging based on the architecture students' design.
