Sounds like a good idea. I suppose we'll be communicating off-list to get started, but subsequently it might be good for the whole list to occasionally know what goes on behind the scenes.
Right now I'm in the midst of getting my work/schedule back to a normal pace--my laptop died (or was killed) two weeks ago and I'm just beginning to get my setup back in the groove. Perhaps we could put aside some time next week (when ever is good for you, perhaps some evening?) and communicate via email about how list management works.
