Heidegger/self-esteem

Can anyone point me to a reference in Hedidegger that will shed some more
light on what he thought was self-esteem and self-respect? Indeed are they
at all important when it comes to the idea of Being? I am wondering about
care. If Dasein is /can be authentic care then self-respect and self-esteem
are mere social illusions. Anyone?
