As a grad student whose only exposure to Heidegger has been Being and Time,
I don't know any places of Heidegger deals with it except for in B&T.
However, I did a major paper for an MA course on the subject and used, (let
me look....):

Michael Gelven's "A Commentary on Heidegger's Being and Time" (revised
edition) Northern Illonois University Press, 1989.

Piotr Hoffman, "Death, Time, History: Divsion II of Being and Time", from
"The Cambridge Companion to Heidegger". Camb. Univ. Press., 1993

E.F. Kaelin "Heidegger's Being and Time: A Reading for Readers" FloridaState
University Press, 1988

Joseph J. Kockleman 'Martin Heidegger: A first Introduction to his
philosophy", Duquesne University Press, 1965.

The essay mostly dealt with the text (obviously) and the formal necessity
for Death as a concept. We also dealt with it here (on the server) quite
extensively and I *might* have some pieces of that conversation still in
mail folders if you would like.

Good luck on the topic.
