This sounds like an exam question on _Being and Time_; if so, the simple
answer is: in its everyday concepts of space and time (esp. as articulated
by Hegel). The index tells you that much. Cf. section 82, BT.

If the question wasn't meant that straightforwardly (i.e. not strictly
in terms of the way Heidegger uses 'negation' in BT), I don't know.
In that case, what do you mean by negation? Several possibilities come
to mind, leading to very different answers.
