(Frankfurt, Klostermann 1956), and translated as "The Question of Being"
in a bilingual edition by William Kluback and Jean T. Wilde, New York,
Twayne, 1958. I assumed it was out of print, and I rather suspect that it
still may be, but I got mine when about six slightly battered copies
appeared on the shelves of a major book seller here in Cambridge in 1994.
You may be in luck, but to my knowledge there has been no re-print since
1958.

I've got an edition of The Question of Being in front of me (though it's
just the translation without the German) - which I believe I bought in
Waterstone's in Charing Cross Road in London a few years ago (price ?5.95)
- (by the way they have a great Heidegger section - the best I've seen in
the UK - because the philosophy section guy is really interested in him).
Not that this will be any help to Mark Wrathall in Berkeley!
It's published by Vision Press (addrsss given as 11-14 Stanhope Mews West,
London, SW7 5RD) and is dated as the third impression 1974: though I
believe I bought it in the late 1980's as new (1989 I think). It's ISBN is
0 85478 391 1.
I've just nipped downstairs and had a root around in other Heidegger
volumes and discovered that the paperback edition of 'What is Philosophy'
(by Heidegger, of course) that I have is also published by Vision but this
time much more recently (in 1989) and the adderss is given as c/o Harper
and Row Distributors Ltd, Estover, Plymouth, PL6 7PZ, UK.
My guess is that either Harper and Row struck up a distribution deal with
this tiny press (Vision) in the late 80's, or that Harper and Row now own
Vision and both their back catalogue and stock.
So, have a look in both British Books in Print and American Books in Print
to see if it is still being published either in the UK or in US. Any good
book seller will then be able to order it for you. If you're brave, try
phoning around the various bits of the Harper and Row empire to see if you
can find anyone who knows anything at all about any of this.
If its out of print - you enter the lottery like world of second hand
booksellers. You'll need to keep your eyes open and have a bit of luck!
