Freiburg inaugural

Daniel,

If by "Freiburg Inaugural" you mean the essay "Die Selbstbehauptung der
deutschen Universitaet" (1933), it has appeared in English as "The
Self-Assertion of the German University" in Richard Wolin (ed), The Heidegger
Controversy" (Cambridge: MIT Press, 1993), pp. 29-39. According to Wolin's note
in this book, he consulted an earlier translation done by Karsten Harries, which
appeared in The Review of Metaphysics 38:467-481, 1985. The other essay
normally bundled with "Self-Assertion" (they appeared together in a small volume
in German published by Klostermann in 1983) called "Das Rektorat: 1933/34;
Tatsachen and Gedanken" apparently also was translated by Harries in that same
issue of the Review of Metaphysics under the title "The Rectorate 1933/34; Facts
and Thoughts"...I am not sure of the page reference.
