My information on the prevalence of extremely violent pornography
in contemporary culture is purely second-hand and extra-academic.
Sorry, 'culture' should read 'Japanese culture.' Of course,
we have it here today.
A friend of mine who lived in Tokyo for a period of time gave me
the information. I can't give you any objective evidence for it.
