Gita,

How come the Master Plan document is already published? If so why the charade of inviting public objections?

I looked up the DDA website as soon as you posted on the mpisgmedia mailing list, there is no landuse plan. The document is pretty terse and I not sure if poting the document on the internet qualifies for being accessible to public. The last I knew Delhi wasnt a global city as yet. I think that there is cause for concern about the subterfuge involved in the conception and production of this artifact that the next twenty years of Delhi's development depends on.

Leon Morenas

Urban Designer/ Architect

>From: Gita Dewan Verma <mpisgplanner@xxxxxxxxx> >Reply-To: Master plan issues in media <mpisgmedia@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> >To: mpisgmedia@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx >Subject: Re: [mpisgmedia] DMP-2021 Public Notice? >Date: Mon, 21 Mar 2005 10:17:27 -0800 (PST) > >i purchased today (21/03/05) the Draft Master Plan for >Delhi 2021!!! >published by Narendar Kumar Jain for J.M.Jaina & Bros; >available at Ekta Book Company in High Court.
