for hearing on prior s.11A public notice responses,
s.41(3) and s.34A applications for investigations
against illegalities on the riverbed, etc, and reply
in the IT Park matter before any anti-people anti-law
action in name of further court order for unauthorised
structures.
the goings in name of court orders in kalkaji
extension (other than in the punjabi colony transit
camp) seem even more incredible. a letter has been
sent today for clarification about court orders
mentioned in notice for, if you please, surveys,
pointing out prima facie illegalities in terms of DMP
and further improprieties making fit case for
examination by central government.
both are in hindi and I will post translations asap.
