high quality green space along with recreational and
outdoor facilities".

On 14th I was at an investors conference in Uttranchal
where the forest department, seeking BOT for similar,
agreed to sort out techno-legal issues first, on
demand of investors. Delhi, however, is stuck with
megalomaniacs who think bullying jugaads will do.
