My case against metro property development came up
before Justice Nandrajog yesterday and has been listed
for 19/10/05. The stay against DMRC tender for
so-called temporary Amusement Park on 15 + 2.7 Ha on
the riverbed on extendable 15-year license is also
extended till then.
Meanwhile, Ahmedabad metro by 2010, on Delhi lines:
