problem with secy MUD affidavit (and the Court
matters) is the view of the river in terms of
pollution, not water even as riverbed is also CGWA
protected ground water reserve (duly noted in NCR
Plan). DJB quotes relate to YAP and STPs (pollution,
not water). ridge shenanigans differ in that the CGWA
notification is for depletion. (btw, GNCTD livery is
coming up illegally in pendency of PIL in which GNCTD
has not replied but DDA has filed documents that prove
illegality).
