(have been tantrumy about those since indore pilot for egs / ssa in 1999
and ask each time to check I am plump / not reducing to minority of one)

check byelaws not Plans (why ncpedp does opposite is obv from company it

that moud makes it whore, so i prefer to look at its lendings from
borrower end. current mcd headlines include byelaw-reform re which media
forgot to tell about usaid-sponsored legislative amendments that are major
part of package. (mcd is about to be empowered to regulate building use
and do layout planning).
