[mpisgmedia] RTI requests / designating DDA JnNURM SLNA (errata)

In my emls of earlier today to Chief Secretary and LG
Sectt, I have posted the incorrect url of my eml to
DDA. The correct url is:

(not .../msg786.shtml)
The copies by courier have the correct url.
