Minister PGR Sindhia today urged Overseas Indians and
PIOs to join hands with the State Government to help
Karnataka emerge as the most developed state in the
country.

A total of Rs 1905 crores had been spent on
infrastructure projects in Bangalore, he informed,
adding that investments worth Rs 10,779 crore were
proposed under National Urban Renewal Mission in
various projects including roads Rs 4071 cr, Urban
transport Rs 3000 cr, water and waste water Rs 1780
cr, solidwaste management Rs 288 cr and stormwater
drains Rs 1084 cr.
