Mumba is eyening money through NURM. NURM has no provision of free housing
for slum rehabilitation. right? But the SRA, Maha recently floated
international tenders to invite EOI for Dharavi redevelopment Scheme worth
Rs 6,000 crore that has provision of free housing of 225 sq ft... any
contradictions?
