Parsvnath bags Rs 225 cr project

New Delhi: Making foray into the infrastructure sector, Parsvnath Developers
on Sunday said that it has bagged Rs 225 crore worth project from Delhi
Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) to construct entire metro station complex at
Azadpur in the national capital.
"We have won the bid to build entire Azadpur DMRC station complex along with
supporting facility in form of a shopping mall," chairman Pradeep Jain said.

The capital-based company has already filed draft red herring prospectus
with SEBI for its initial public offer and is awaiting the approval from the
market regulator.
It plans to raise Rs 1,700 crore from the public issue, which is likely to
hit the market next month, according to company sources.
