According to the proposal submitted by PricewaterhouseCoopers, who are acting as consultants for the DDA, the 55-hectare Village will have three main components. An 11-hectare area has been set aside to accommodate people and will be used as an athletes’ hostel. Another 5.5 hectares has been reserved for allotment to 5-star hotels.
