A reader-friendly version of Masterplan 2021 hits the stands today

New Delhi, July 19: For the past five months, Deputy Commissioner Dr Vijay Singh had been busy. Juggling his time between signing MCD files and dealing with complaints of unauthorised constructions in the Walled City, he had been working on a ?reader-friendly? version of the 2021 Masterplan. The 400-page handbook published by Rupa Publishers and Co. is being released on Friday.
Singh, 50, fithe average Delhiite in the last one year as it dealt with building bylaws and unauthorised constructions, I thought it had to be more presentable and easy to read,? he said.
