Were these tabled in Parliament?
This is in disregard of due process of law for Plan
revision that does not contemplate any such
?guidelines?. This is in disregard of judicial
processes as the matters covered are nearly all of the
sub-judice. This is in disregard of Public Notice
processes underway on some of the matters covered.
This is in disregard of parliamentary process of
Standing Parliamentary Committee that is supposed to
be examining the functioning of DDA and had invited
public views for that. This is anarchy.
The ?green NGOs? Master Plan meeting about Safdarjang
Airport, the ?pink NGOs? Master Plan meeting about
night shelters, the Cooperative Bill in Delhi
Assembly, these guidelines maybe in Parliament, the
embarrassing comments of ?experts? on the content of
these illegal moves and next to nothing in the media
about their illegality? this week has been a
nightmare. Will someone please get back on this? I
can?t be the only one scared!
