[mpisgplanner] Delhi Governments review petition discussion tomorrow

The content of the proposed review petition seems to
carry risk of not surviving in court and there are
ample grounds to seek wider discussion on it before it
is filed. To discuss options for this, an informal
meeting can be held tomorrow, 14.09.04 at 5:30 PM in
School of Planning and Architecture (opposite Vikas
