AS SOME SUBSCRIBE, AND SOME SIGNOFF, THE 400 SUBCRIBERS NUMBER IS
SLOWLY BEING REACHED. HOWEVER, IN FACT, THERE ARE PROBABLY MORE THAN
400 PERSONS INVOLVED WITH THE LIST, SINCE SOME SUBSCRIBERS ARE
INSTITUTIONS RATHER THAN INDIVIDUALS.

Additionally, please let us know about WWW, IRC, and FTP capabilities
for the list. Merely, post to the list any of these established
capabilities or any processes in place to achieve them.
