I suppose asking for the likes of electrical fuses breaking under overload ?
some nervous breakdown,then, caused by brain dysfunction.
eventually some diseases of nerves, when signals don't pass trough.Or are
lost,like in the multiple sclerosis, when synapses are not connecting
anymore,and for a lack of insulation in wired system.
