Brad, when you suggest "molds vs. niches (?)," which do you see as the more
crippling? There seems to be much potential in this pair of distinctions.
But it's also weird because molds and niches are not exactly opposites
unless you see a niche as something that carves out and a mold as something
that carves in. Does that make sense?
