I invite all electronic artists to at least visit the FTP sites of OTIS
(Operative Term Is Stimulate). OTIS is a collection of visual
artwork...scanned photos, drawings, animation and graphics (computer
based/created works). A digital gallery. Dumping ground for
exhibitionists....persons looking to display their works. OTIS files
are echoed to BBSes around the globe also...hinting of digital
immortality. Data-images living forever as information storage
increases astronomically.

OTIS also provides for feedback...utilising the interlinking powers of
the network to bring like-minded folk together.

I don't mean to sound like an "advert" or anything, just thought it
should be said.

The reason I started OTIS is, as Deri said, to use "cyberspace" for new
things...(if not new, at least interesting). There are far too many
"porno" images floating around out there....it's time to force-feed
these net-izens with some originality and culcha!

OTIS provides an archive of images...and info on the artists who create
them. I encourage you all to contribute...and make it work. The space
is there...graciously allowed by the SunSite and UWI administrators....
use it, won't you?

Want GIFs? Want to distribute your own? FTP to: sunsite.unc.edu (/pub/
multimedia/pictures/OTIS) or 141.214.4.135 (projects/stmulate)....it's FUN!
